Paul Joyce has provided an update on Liverpool’s transfer deadline day business.
The Reds have been inactive so far in the transfer market but are expected to sanction some exists before the window closes.
Several young players, including Jayden Danns, are expected to leave before the window closes.
The young striker is expected to join Sunderland on loan, while his fellow academy teammate Kaide Godorn is reportedly set to move to Portsmouth.

Another Liverpool player who was expected to leave permanently is Tyler Morton.
The 22-year-old is keen on more game time and was open to leaving Liverpool this January.

However, a report emerged on deadline day that Championship side Middlesbrough were looking to send in an offer for Morton.
“Middlesbrough have shown interest in Tyler Morton, the Liverpool midfielder,” the report by Paul Joyce read.
Any fee could be significantly above £10 million depending on bonuses and add ons.
Morton – who was wanted by Bayer Leverkusen last summer – is keen for more regular football.
The two clubs have a good relationship given the success of Ben Doak’s loan move from Anfield.”
Latest Paul Joyce update on Tyler Morton
The journalist has now provided further an update on the move, stating that the Liverpool midfielder won’t be leaving Anfield this January.
“Middlesbrough have not come close enough to matching valuations, so Morton will not be heading there,” Joyce wrote on X.
Morton has had a bit part role in the Liverpool team this season, playing just nine times this season.
Despite Morton’s lack of game time at Liverpool, his talent remains obvious, and he should not be short of suitors.
